Privacy Policy
1. Who we are

2. What CrewFinding does with data, in one paragraph
CrewFinding is a work tool. A company (your employer or contractor) creates jobs; crew members use the app on those jobs. During a work session the app records location, work hours, photos, signatures and job expenses so the company can run its jobs, pay its crews and keep its records. The company you work for or hired is responsible for the job data in its account; we process it on their behalf.
3. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, phone number, role, company.
- Location data: GPS position of crew members during active work sessions only, including geofenced arrival and departure stamps. Location is not collected when a worker is clocked out. [CONFIRM APP BEHAVIOR]
- Time and work data: clock-in/clock-out times, job assignments, hours per job.
- Documents and signatures: contracts, bills of lading, waivers and invoices signed in the app, with timestamps, including client signatures.
- Photos and receipts: images taken in the app and attached to jobs (delivery proof, expense receipts).
- Payment data: processed by our payment processor [PROCESSOR NAME]; we do not store full card numbers.

4. Why we collect it
